Terms of Service

Telyra is a software platform for managing Telegram channels, creating, scheduling and publishing content, analytics, automation, and related workflows.

The service is operated by Yevhenii Viktorovych Rybalka, a Ukrainian individual entrepreneur, Ukraine. By using Telyra, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, maintaining secure access, and activities performed through your account or workspace.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any Telegram channels you connect to Telyra.

You may not use Telyra for unlawful activity, fraud, malware distribution, infringement of third-party rights, or abuse of Telegram or other third-party services.

You are responsible for content you create, schedule, or publish through Telyra and for complying with applicable law and Telegram rules.

Telyra may offer free and paid plans with different limits and features. The applicable price and billing period are displayed before you purchase a subscription.

Payments for paid plans are processed by our payment partner Paddle. Subscriptions may automatically renew according to the selected billing period until canceled.

You may manage or cancel a paid subscription using the available subscription management tools. Cancellation stops future renewals, while paid access may continue until the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Telyra integrates with third-party services, including Telegram and infrastructure providers. Their availability and rules may change independently of Telyra.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services and do not control their independent actions, restrictions, or changes.

We aim to keep Telyra available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, failures, or circumstances outside our control.

Telyra, its software, design, brand, and related materials are owned by the Telyra operator or lawfully used by us. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

You retain rights to content you upload or create in Telyra to the extent you hold rights to that content.

We may restrict or terminate access to Telyra for material violations of these Terms, unlawful use, threats to platform security, or where required by law.

We may update these Terms as Telyra evolves. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date.
