Telyra / User guide
Documentation
From your first connection to managing a network of channels. Choose a topic or begin with the quick start.
01
Quick start
Start with one channel and a test post. Add sources and automations once your publishing workflow is ready.
- Sign up or sign in to Telyra. Make sure you have selected the correct workspace.
- In Channels, connect your Telegram bot and add a channel where it has permission to publish.
- Create a post, select a channel, and add text and optional media. Check the preview.
- Publish a test post or schedule it for a future time. Check its status in Telyra and the message in Telegram.
Check your workspace time zone in Settings before scheduling posts.

02
Connecting Telegram channels
Telyra publishes through your Telegram bot. Connecting a bot and adding a channel are separate steps.
- Create a bot through @BotFather in Telegram and obtain its token. In Telyra, open Channels and the Telegram connection page.
- Paste the token into Telegram bot token and select Verify and connect.
- Add this bot to your Telegram channel as an administrator with permission to post messages.
- Verify the channel in Telyra, find it among the detected channels, and add it to your workspace.
If the channel is missing, check that you added the connected bot. If publishing is unavailable, check its administrator rights, posting permission, and connection status. Do not send your bot token to support.

03
Network overview
The main dashboard helps you understand what is happening across your channels.
- Review your channel count, audience, and publication metrics.
- Keep track of drafts, queued posts, scheduled posts, and failures.
- Open Posts, Calendar, Analytics, or Failure Center for the corresponding details and actions.
Metrics belong to the selected workspace. Switching workspaces changes the channels, content, and limits you are viewing.

04
Creating and managing posts
The composer is where you prepare text, formatting, media, and publishing options.
- In Posts, create a new post and select its destination channels.
- Add text, formatting, links, and media. Check the preview and any validation messages before sending.
- Save a draft, publish now, choose a date and time, or add the post to the queue if your plan supports it.
- Filter posts by channel and status. Available bulk actions depend on the selected posts' states; archived posts have a separate view.
Text posts have a 4,096-character limit; media captions have a 1,024-character limit. The composer also checks attachment count, size, and compatibility before sending.

05
Multi-channel publishing
Prepare one post for multiple channels and adapt it for each audience when needed.
- On any plan, select multiple channels in the composer.
- From Creator, you can provide separate text, formatting, and media for each channel.
- Replace media for a particular channel when needed. Without an override, the post uses its base content.
- Review each adaptation before publishing. Delivery results can differ between channels; check the post details.
The monthly limit counts channel deliveries: one post sent to two channels uses two publications.

06
Content Inbox
The inbox collects materials for preparing posts. Receiving an item does not by itself publish it to a channel.
- Open Inbox within Posts. To receive Telegram content, follow the displayed instructions for linking @telyraapp_bot to your workspace.
- Send materials to the linked inbox bot. RSS items also arrive here from your configured sources.
- Choose an item and create a draft from it. Review its text, media, and channels in the composer.
- Archive unwanted items. Use the archived view to restore or delete them.
The inbox bot receives materials; your publishing bot sends posts to channels. They serve different purposes.

07
RSS sources
Sources automatically bring RSS materials into Content Inbox.
- Open Inbox within Posts and find RSS sources. Add a name and the RSS feed URL.
- Use the RSS feed address rather than a regular website page. Make sure the feed is accessible.
- New items appear in Inbox after an automatic fetch. Turn them into drafts or use the source with Autopilot on Pro or Agency.
- You can pause and resume a source. If an Autopilot rule uses it, detach the source from the rule before deleting it.
Source limits: Free — 0, Creator — 3, Pro — 10, Agency — 30. Fetch errors appear beside the source; check its URL and feed availability.

08
Publishing queue
The queue supports regular publishing using configured time slots. Available on Creator, Pro, and Agency.
- In workspace settings, configure the queue schedule with publishing days and times. Check the time zone.
- Add a prepared post to the queue from the composer or an available action in Posts.
- An automatic worker assigns publishing times using the schedule. Track queued and scheduled posts in Posts and Calendar.
- A post still in the queue can be returned to a draft using the available action. For a scheduled post, use the actions offered for its current state.
The queue uses time slots; direct scheduling lets you choose a specific date and time for a post.

09
Calendar and scheduling
The calendar shows your content schedule and helps you manage individual days.
- Open Calendar and select a day. Use the day view to see its publications.
- Use quick create from Calendar to prepare a post. Check its date, time, and channels in the composer.
- To reschedule a scheduled post, use the available rescheduling action and choose a future time.
- Cancel scheduled posts before publishing starts. Cancellation may be unavailable once sending has begun.
Scheduling in the past is not allowed. Use the workspace time zone when planning.

10
AI Assistant and templates
Use AI to prepare text and templates to save recurring formats.
- Open AI Assistant and describe the topic, goal, and text requirements. Review the result before using it in a post.
- Use the available AI actions while preparing content. Your workspace plan determines the AI allowance.
- In Templates, create a name and text for a recurring format such as a digest or announcement.
- Select a template when creating a post and adjust it for that publication.
Review AI text for factual accuracy, links, and tone. A template does not by itself create an automatic schedule.

11
Autopilot
On Pro and Agency, Autopilot creates content from a rule and fills the queue.
- First configure a queue schedule and make sure your channels are ready to publish.
- Create a rule with instructions, target channels, and the desired number of future posts.
- Without an RSS source, the rule uses AI generation from instructions. With an RSS source, it uses new items from that source to prepare posts with AI.
- On the Autopilot page, review the current state, source, errors, and recent posts. Open a post for details and available actions; pause a rule when you need to stop new generation.
Created posts enter the queue for automatic publishing. Pausing a rule does not cancel posts already created; review them separately. An empty RSS source means the rule is waiting for items, not that it has failed.

12
Auto-Repost
On Pro and Agency, reuse published content with Auto-Repost rules.
- Open Auto-Repost and create a content reuse rule.
- Configure the content selection and repetition options offered by the form for your channels.
- Review the created posts and their schedule. Pause the rule when repetition is no longer needed.
Auto-Repost reuses content; Autopilot creates content from instructions or RSS items.

Network analytics
Analytics helps you understand network activity and identify channels that need attention.
- Review publishing activity, the most active days, consistency, and the distribution of publications across channels.
- Use network health to check data freshness and channels without publications. Open the channel or create a post where appropriate.
- Pro and Agency include advanced metrics: audience growth, history, channel growth performance, and audience distribution.
- Compare channels by name, audience, and publications; growth sorting is available with advanced analytics.
Missing data is indicated separately and does not mean a zero audience. Partial totals include only channels with data. The combined audience is not a unique-person count: subscribers can overlap. History and growth require accumulated snapshots.

14
Team and workspace
Settings and permissions belong to the current workspace.
- Use Settings to check the workspace name, time zone, and queue schedule.
- If you belong to multiple workspaces, use the workspace switcher and check your selection before taking action.
- From Pro, use Team for invitations and roles. Owners and admins can publish editors' drafts; editors only prepare drafts.
- Agency adds approval: an editor submits a post, Owner/Admin decide, then publish it. After downgrade, a pending post can be returned to drafts but is never auto-published.
If a section or action is unavailable, check your plan and role in the selected workspace. Data from different workspaces is not automatically merged.

Plans, limits, and billing
Your plan determines channel capacity, monthly allowances, and available features. Current plan settings are shown below.
- Open Billing in the correct workspace to review your plan and available subscription actions.
- Use checkout to upgrade to a paid plan. Paddle handles payments and payment details.
- Before confirming a change, review the displayed amount, billing period, and effective date.
The publication limit resets on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC. A publication cancelled before sending does not use the allowance. A confirmed send failure releases its reservation; an unknown delivery result may retain the reservation pending clarification.
| Feature | FREE | CREATOR | PRO | AGENCY |

After a downgrade, connected channels and members are not deleted. New channels and members can be added only within the new limit. Free can publish to two selected channels even if more remain in the workspace. Paid plans can still publish to retained channels after a downgrade. Invitations do not occupy seats: only joined members do. Posts to more than 25 channels run in background batches; check each channel result in post details.

Post states and troubleshooting
A post's status shows its current stage. Post details contain channel delivery results.
- Draft means content is being prepared. Queued means it is waiting for a time slot. Scheduled means it is waiting for its assigned time.
- Pending approval and Approved belong to the team workflow. Publishing means sending has started or the outcome is not yet resolved.
- Published means delivery is confirmed. Failed means you should open the details and review each channel's result. Cancelled means the scheduled run was cancelled.
- For failures, check channel readiness, bot permissions, connection, content, and limits. Retry only through the available retry action.
If Telegram's delivery result is unknown, the message may already be in the channel. Do not create a copy to send again: first check Telegram and the post details. Telyra blocks unsafe retries to avoid duplicates.
